Description:

Round Robin Format followed by top 4 teams advancing to the medal round.

Registration fee= $50 per player

Additional Information:

· Director reserves the right to change player levels if deemed appropriate, correcting underrated players.

· Players with any rating that is higher than his/her registered event may be moved to a higher level at the discretion of the tournament director.

· Format or times may change if needed to run an efficient tournament.

· A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player of their team.

Based on the number of registrations received, then age groups may be split based on the age of the youngest player of the team.

· Bracket events may be combined of ages and/or levels.

· Director reserves the right to deny a player's registration.

Weather: Rain date will be Sunday, May 30th if needed. Please plan accordingly.

Refund Policy: No refunds for any reason after May 20, the close of registration date.

$10 administration fee for any withdrawals. Players may not transfer funds to another player.
